The Economic Association of Namibia (EAN), in collaboration with the Hanns Seidel Foundation Namibia, will host a National Skills and Employment Public Discussion under the theme “Understanding Employer Skill Needs Across Sectors”.
The discussion will bring together policymakers, private-sector representatives, vocational training institutions, academia and development partners to examine the skills required across key sectors of the Namibian economy, identify priority skills gaps and explore practical ways to better align education and training with labour market needs.
